Grade Point Average (GPA)
may be considered for selection of best teachers if many teachers
show equal best result (Pass %age).
Private schools showing
0% result may be de-notified or their affiliation with BISE
be cancelled by the respective board.
The Executive District Officer
(Education) should be censured OR entry made in their PERs if
their district show poor results in the SSC Exams.
The money for reward to
the best principals and two best subject teachers in each district
will be provided by the respective BISEs.
Teacher showing-zero result
in a subject consecutively for 3 years should first be censured,
then down-graded and on showing zero result again his services
terminated after the third year.
Punishment reward system
should also be introduced in colleges. The Higher Education
Department should submit a proposal in this regard for approval
of Governor.
